If you were not directed here by me, please note the following. These gift lists are not here to make me seem greedy, grabby, vain, or self-absorbed. People ask me at certain times of year what they should get me. I usually can't give someone an answer. I don't want to say, "I don't care" or "Get me whatever you want" -- that would make me seem unappreciative, which I am not, and I do care.  I simply can't think of anything right then to say. So on these pages I have compiled lists which are arrived at after considerably more thought than I usually have time for when asked the question.
